1. Focus - Wherever your focus goes your oomph flows. When you focus on your sporting goals clearly and think about them day in day out this focus creates that oomph that will help you achieve your goal.
2. Action - It's okay to dream big, to succeed you need to take immense action. Find the most efficient strategies for your sport, replicate athletes that have achieved what you would like to achieve, be resilient and go for it.
3. Discipline - We must discipline ourselves to preserve an appropriate attitude. We are surrounded by sources that can quickly grind down the attitude we have trained and worked so hard for. We must discipline ourselves to change our sporting dreams into goals, our goals into plans, our plans to action that will direct us one stride closer toward our sporting success.
